Why Our Catchment Tank Cleaning Service is Superior.

Our catchment cleaning service is intended to be an all-encompassing, once or twice per year service. See the details of our catchment cleaning service, below:

  • Clean your tank - We’ll brush and sanitize the exposed side walls, skim off any surface debris, and vacuum the debris off the bottom of the tank.

  • Replacing OLD stuff - As a part of our service, and at no extra cost, we will automatically replace the stainless steel clamps, strainer bags, and, from your own stock, the filter cartridges that are a part of your system. (Filters can be replaced by us, but from your own supply.)

  • Inspecting your system - We will check for leaks into the pressure tank bladder, inspect your pump, and adjust the air pressure on the pressure tank, if needed.

  • Condition the water - As we wrap up the job, we’ll add an appropriate amount of oxidizer to aid in removing any invisible organic waste and we’ll add some mineral stabilizer to help offset the acidic nature of the rainwater. Your water will, simply said, feel better.

  • Are You Off-Grid? - If you have concerns about power, or an outage, for an additional fee, we can bring our own power with us! We can plug in to our own power, rather than yours, if you wish.
